Book an appointment
Partnering with governments across the world, we support visa applicants through the entire application process.
Note:
-
Applicants who obtain an appointment but fail to submit their application on the scheduled date will not be eligible to book another appointment within one month. Applicants who cancel before the scheduled date are not affected.
-
Appointment slots will be opened weekly, every Monday between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, for the following week's submissions (except on government or official holidays). Please check our website regularly, as additional slots are released daily during the same time period.
-
Applicants who have a Visa Issuance Confirmation (VIC) but do not have an appointment can apply without any restriction. Please visit KVAC for submission according to the queue sequence. Required documents: 2-page VIC application form (different from the normal form), TB test report within 3 months, criminal certificate within 3 months, and a photo.
-
Applicants with official invitations from Korean Government organizations, Major companies of Korea: Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Youngone etc. only. International organizations, or for Bangladesh Government official visits may submit applications without an appointment, in Consultation with Embassy.
-
KVAC may accept a limited number of applicants without appointments on a first-come, first-served basis against daily no-shows, subject to available capacity. (Submission Time: Between 2pm to 2.30pm)
-
Applicants whose visa was rejected are advised to reapply at least 3 months later. Reapplying earlier is possible, but the chance of approval is low.
